I18NLayer Preview Release

As the I18NLayer is current existing inside CMFType Product i provide a complete CMFType tarball containing I18NLayer. Simply install CMFTypes as usual and create the I18NLayer factory inside the portal_types tool.

The code is pretty unfinished yet and shouldnt be taken too serious. To integrate the languages slot on the left side add here/i18ncontent_slot/macros/i18nContentBox to the slot list at your portals properties.
